1.Red Gum
Redgum is a polyene compound, which is prone to curing after being heated. When the temperature reaches the freezing point of 150 ℃, the red gum begins to change from a paste to a solid. 2.Yellow Gum
The yellow glue used for the circuit board is a water-based adhesive, has a pungent odor, is a soft self-adhesive gel, and has excellent insulation, moisture resistance, shock resistance, and thermal conductivity. The device operates safely under harsh conditions.
It is prone to curing. The curing speed is related to the ambient temperature, humidity, and wind speed: the higher the temperature, the lower the humidity, the greater the wind speed, the faster the curing speed, and the slower it is. When the painted parts are exposed to air, they will slowly crust. Note that the operation should be completed before the surface is crusted.
3.Thermal silica
Conductive silica gel, also known as thermal paste and thermal paste, is a kind of highly thermally conductive insulating silicone material. Unlike thermal grease, it is almost never cured, and it can maintain the state of grease when used for a long time at a temperature of -50 ° C to + 250 ° C. It has both excellent electrical insulation and excellent thermal conductivity. At the same time, it has low oil separation (toward zero), high and low-temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, and weather resistance. Its characteristics are non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive, in compliance with ROHS standards and related environmental protection requirements, and stable chemical and physical properties.
4. Silicone Glue
Silicon glue is a kind of ointment, which will solidify into a tough rubber-like solid material upon contact with moisture in the air. Silicone glue is often called glass glue because it is often used for glass bonding and sealing. The mixed rubber should be used up at once to avoid waste.
5. Hot Melt Adhesive
Hot melt adhesive strip is a solid adhesive made of ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer (EVA) as the main material, modified rosin resin or petroleum resin, and other ingredients. It is a plastic, non-toxic and odorless green environmental protection Adhesive, the physical state of the hot melt adhesive changes with temperature change within a certain temperature range, while the chemical characteristics remain unchanged. It is completely free of water or solvents and has the characteristics of fast adhesion, high strength, aging resistance, non-toxicity, good thermal stability, and toughness of the adhesive film.
Heat the hot-melt adhesive to the use temperature, use a spray gun or apply to the adherend, and complete the bonding and setting work within the open time of the adhesive, and clamp the adherend to cool to normal temperature. The hot melt adhesive is solid at a suitable temperature, heats and melts into a liquid, cools at room temperature, and completes bonding in a few seconds.
