  1. A PCB file is a data file containing a circuit board design, we usually call it a Gerber file. Gerber files describe the size of the circuit board in detail, copper thickness, board thickness, surface treatment process, solder resist ink color, silkscreen color, the number of layers, and the layout of the lines, vias, and pads corresponding to the number of layers. It is the main basis for PCB factory quotation and production.

  2. The BOM file is a list of components required for PCBA processing, including the electronic component models and quantities in the assembly process. Facilitate supplier procurement and assembly.

  3. Hello! I could have sworn I’ve been to this blog before but after browsing through some of the post I realized it’s new to me. Anyways, I’m definitely happy I found it and I’ll be book-marking and checking back frequently!
