Introduction Integrated Circuit

The integrated circuit is a kind of miniature electronic device or component. Using a certain process, the components and wiring of transistors, resistors, capacitors, and inductors needed in a circuit are interconnected together, made on one or more small semiconductor wafers or dielectric substrates, and then packaged in a tube case.
